In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 These Terms and Conditions, together with sky77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and sky77 governing your use of the platform. All three documents should be read together.

2.2 These Terms are effective from the date on which you complete the sky77 registration process. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the page header above.

2.3 sky77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a modification materially affects Players' rights, sky77 will provide notice via the platform or the registered email address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any informal translation, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on sky77, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be an individual natural person; corporate entities may not register Player accounts.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sky77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a previously suspended, terminated, or self-excluded Account on sky77.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion programme or gambling block list that would prohibit your participation on a platform such as sky77.

3.2 sky77 may require documentary evidence of eligibility, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e-KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits, at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by sky77 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3.3 sky77 targets and primarily serves the Indonesian market. The platform's payment infrastructure, customer support, and promotional calendar are specifically designed for players located across the Indonesian archipelago, including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Makassar, Yogyakarta, and Semarang. Players outside Indonesia may access the platform subject to compliance with their local applicable laws; sky77 does not represent that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Indonesia.

4.1 Each individual may register only one Account on sky77. Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held within them.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Submitting false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 You must not register on behalf of, or allow any third party to register on your behalf. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4.4 sky77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. sky77 also reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, subject to the obligation to return any verifiable real-money Balance held in that Account net of any outstanding promotional liabilities.

4.5 Following successful registration, you are responsible for ensuring your Account details remain current. Changes to name, contact information, or payment method details must be communicated to sky77 support at [email protected] and may require verification documentation before the changes take effect.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sky77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2 You must notify sky77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised.

5.3 All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been carried out by you. sky77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials, including sharing your password, using an easily guessable password, or accessing sky77 over an unsecured public network without adequate precautions.

5.4 sky77 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections, brute-force login protection, anomalous activity monitoring, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for eligible accounts. These measures reduce but do not eliminate security risk; you remain responsible for your own device security, including maintaining up-to-date operating system software and antivirus protection.

5.5 sky77 will never contact you via any channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from sky77 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

6.1 All deposits and withdrawals on sky77 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sky77 does not apply a platform-level currency conversion fee, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.2 The following payment channels are currently supported on sky77. Sky77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.3 Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the sky77 Cashier. Current indicative minimums are Rp 10.000 for e-wallet deposits and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer deposits.

6.4 Deposits are generally credited to your Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times for bank transfers may vary by bank and are typically between 1 and 15 minutes during business hours.

6.5 Withdrawal requests are processed by sky77's cashier team 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The target processing time for verified accounts is 5 to 15 minutes for bank transfers and near-instant for e-wallet withdrawals. sky77 does not guarantee processing within these timeframes and is not liable for delays attributable to the payment provider's own processing schedules.

6.6 All withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an exception is approved in writing by sky77 support. This measure is applied for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.

6.7 sky77 reserves the right to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.8 You must not deposit funds on sky77 that derive from any criminal or unlawful activity. sky77 complies with applicable international anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required.

7.1 sky77 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and should be read alongside these general Terms.

7.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all sky77 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met.
• The default Wagering Requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus offers are available to one Account per household, IP address, and device. Players found to be operating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers will have all Accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.
• sky77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus credit and any winnings derived from bonus credit if the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without replacement.

7.3 sky77 is not obligated to provide any bonus or promotional offer. Offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to a Player accepting them. Once a bonus has been accepted and credited, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance govern that bonus for its duration.

7.4 sky77 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from promotional offers where their betting patterns suggest bonus abuse or where their account standing is subject to a review.

8.1 All bets and gaming activity on sky77 are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface. These product rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8.2 Bets placed on the sky77 sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a discrepancy between sky77's results feed and official results, the official results of the relevant governing body shall prevail. For BRI Liga 1 matches, results published by PT Liga Indonesia Baru shall be the authoritative source.

8.3 Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the overall bet to be a winner. If one or more legs are void, the bet is recalculated excluding the void legs. For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, standard Asian handicap settlement rules apply.

8.4 For RNG-based slot games and table games, results are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). sky77 sources all slot and table game content exclusively from studios certified by independent testing laboratories including GLI, BMM, and eCOGRA. 8.7 sky77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or Player Account at any time at its sole discretion.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sky77 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs in the platform for financial gain.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, or automated means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or card game formats such as Sakong.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds of criminal origin through the platform.
• Attempting to access or use the platform from a Restricted Territory by means of a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sky77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

9.2 Where sky77 reasonably suspects that any of the above conduct has occurred, it may suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking further action. Sky77 will provide reasonable notice of any Account suspension where doing so does not prejudice the investigation.

10.1 sky77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Players at no charge, accessible at any time from Account Settings:

12.2 sky77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if sky77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.3 sky77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

• Platform downtime attributable to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory enforcement actions.
• Internet connectivity failures or degraded connection quality on the Player's side or on the part of the Player's internet service provider.
• The actions of third-party game studios whose content is integrated into the sky77 platform.
• Delays by third-party banks or e-wallet providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit sky77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

13.4 Players may not initiate class-action proceedings or join their claim with those of any other Player against sky77. Each dispute must be resolved on an individual basis.

14.2 Where an amendment materially reduces your rights as a Player, sky77 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via the platform or your registered contact details before the amendment takes effect.
